About The Position

A Full Stack Software Engineer to build both consumer -facing interview experiences and enterprise -grade data analysis tools. You'll work across the entire stack, solving complex technical challenges at the intersection of real -time AI interactions and enterprise integrations. Build and scale a dual -sided platform serving candidates through live AI -powered interviews and employers through sophisticated data aggregation and analysis systems. Drive technical decisions from infrastructure to user experience while maintaining performance, compliance, and reliability at scale.

Requirements

3 - 7 years of experience of full stack engineering experience (senior+ level)
Available to work in -person San Francisco, CA
Tech Stack: React (Typescript), Cloud / DevOps (Azure, Kubernetes, Docker), Python (Vector Databases, Asyncio), SQL (Postgres)

Responsibilities

Optimize interviewer response latency to sub -200ms performance targets
Design and implement vector database architecture for complex candidate trait queries
Build real -time video interview infrastructure supporting concurrent sessions
Integrate with customer internal hiring systems and ATS platforms
Create high -performance data visualisation interfaces for interview analytics
Develop enterprise -grade features based on customer requirements
Scale infrastructure to support 1000+ simultaneous interviews
Ensure compliance across different geographic regions and regulatory requirements
Architect systems for reliability and performance under high load
Ship features rapidly using Next.js, Python, and Express
Iterate quickly based on user feedback and business needs
Balance technical excellence with speed of delivery
Collaborate with a small, founding team of builders
Contribute to technical architecture and product decisions
Foster a positive, curious, and experimental engineering culture
