Requirements

  • Development skills with C#, Java, Vue/React/Angular, TypeScript, or other applicable languages.
  • Experience with Cloud technologies such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), Azure, or Google.
  • Strong development experience with SQL and database normalization techniques.
  • Experience with ETL processes.
  • Solid expertise in developing modern, scalable applications.
  • Strong initiative, self-motivated, and able to drive quality results with minimal guidance.
  • Comfortable with uncertainty, ambiguity, and change.
  • Pragmatic focus on delivering business value, with a relentless focus on creating and measuring quality outcomes.
  • Demonstrated ability to value team over individual success by focusing on collaboration and progress instead of dogma and ego.

Responsibilities

  • Work in a dynamic, collaborative, transparent, non-hierarchal, and ego-free culture where your contribution is valued over a title.

  • Minimize in-progress work by focusing on the most important thing.
  • Work within team to create and validate architectural designs.

  • Actively design and code in all areas of the product including the UI, middle tier, and data layer.
  • Write unit tests, integration, and functional tests ensuring product quality and robustness.
  • Assist with DevSecOps responsibilities and the automated deployment capabilities of the product.
  • Act as a ‘go to' person for more advanced technical design patterns as well as cloud-based technologies.
  • Act as a coach and teacher to other team members participating in team growth.
  • Perform daily PR reviews giving constructive advice while ensuring a sound code base.
  • Understand the organization's vision and champion their execution providing value all along the way.
  • May occasionally assist with support activities.
  • May work closely with management acting as a technical lead over portions of the product.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
