About The Position

In the Revenue & Growth Tools team, we create solutions that enable teams to debug operational issues, manage and deploy configuration changes in a safe and standardized way. Hybrid team members are based in Los Gatos, California, spending three days a week on average at Netflix’s HQ.

Requirements

• Exceptional proficiency in the fundamentals of any programming language, with a focus on TypeScript, JavaScript, and React for web development.
• Endlessly curious with a proactive approach to technology, learning, and innovation, and a keen interest in identity and security solutions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively, with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering high-quality products.
• Always seeking different perspectives, feedback, and relevant information to consider tradeoffs and avoids over-engineering.
• Knowledge of GraphQL, and RESTful APIs for backend connectivity.
• Skilled in creating scalable and reusable components, with an understanding of the best practices in client and server-side development.

Nice To Haves

• Bonus if you have experience in design with knowledge of design tools like Figma & Photoshop.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop new features for the team’s tools platform.
• Collaborate with Engineering teams and their stakeholders to understand problems and come up with innovative solutions to them.
• Lead technical direction for developer experience enhancement on our tools.
• Ensure systems are scalable, performant, and reliable.
