About The Position

BigBear.ai is seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer 3 for a high-priority role supporting the RECON team within CNO, focusing on technical solutions that deliver immediate operational impact. In this role, you will operate in a highly collaborative capacity across multiple product teams to design and implement mission-critical systems. As part of a small, agile team, you will establish end-to-end prototypes, develop requirements, and contribute to existing and new systems to improve infrastructure cognizance. You will work directly with mission stakeholders to rapidly iterate on requirements, delivering deployable solutions and scripting support quickly. Requirements

• Clearance: Must possess and maintain an active TS/SCI w/Polygraph
• Education & Experience: 12 years of experience with a B.S. in a technical discipline or 4 additional years of experience in place of a degree
• Technical Expertise: Technology flexibility, demonstrated by experience developing across the stack (UI/UX, middleware/API, back-end, and DevOps) and a willingness to use any necessary technology to achieve the solution
• Experience developing with at least one UI framework (e.g., React, Vue, Angular)
• Experience writing scripts and services in Python
• RESTful web application experience using both Spring Boot and Python
• Familiarity with Relational Databases (e.g., Postgres, SQLite)
• Familiarity with GitLab (CI/CD)

• CNO Experience: Prior experience within CNO
• SIGINT Knowledge: Knowledge of end-to-end SIGINT collection and analysis systems
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills
