About The Position

As our Full Stack Recruiter, you will be responsible for partnering and executing on the hiring engine for GrowthX AI. You’ll work closely with founders and hiring managers to define role requirements, proactively source top talent, and close exceptional candidates across both technical and business functions. This is an ideal role for someone who thrives in early-stage environments, enjoys ambiguity, and wants to directly influence the trajectory of a fast-growing AI company. Hiring the right talent is the highest leverage function at our stage. You will help shape the team, culture, and velocity of GrowthX AI. You will play a foundational role in helping us attract and hire the talent that defines our next phase of growth. Requirements

  • 4–8 years of full-cycle recruiting experience across both technical and GTM roles
  • Prior experience recruiting in US based startup environments (Series A–C strongly preferred)
  • Demonstrated success sourcing and closing hard-to-fill roles, especially engineers and senior GTM hires
  • Highly proactive and scrappy — you don’t wait for inbound, you build pipeline from scratch
  • Strong stakeholder management skills; comfortable partnering directly with founders and executives
  • Excellent communicator with strong candidate storytelling and closing skills
  • Ability to operate with urgency and prioritize effectively in a rapidly changing environment

Nice To Haves

  • Ideal candidates have both agency and in-house experience
  • Experience recruiting at an AI/ML-focused company or hiring AI/ML talent
  • Familiarity with technical concepts across engineering, data science, or applied AI roles
  • Prior experience being an early recruiting hire at a startup

Responsibilities

  • Own full-cycle recruiting for both Technical (Engineering, Product, Data/AI) and GTM (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Ops) roles
  • Partner with stake holders to scope roles & align on hiring criteria
  • Build and execute outbound sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill roles, especially technical and AI talent
  • Manage the entire candidate lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and close
  • Design and continuously improve interview processes to be fast, structured, and candidate-friendly
  • Track and report on recruiting funnel metrics (pipeline health, time to hire, conversion rates)
  • Develop compelling messaging and value propositions to attract top startup and AI talent
  • Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers on market trends, compensation, and talent availability
  • Help shape our employer brand and candidate experience from the ground up
