We’re looking for a Full Stack Python Developer who lives at the intersection of data, scale, and speed. If you’re excited about building data platforms from the ground up—not just maintaining what’s already there—you’ll thrive here. Our environment is AWS-native, microservice-driven, and fast-moving, and we need someone who can turn raw data into insights that matter. This isn’t a button-clicking BI role. You’ll architect data warehouses, reporting pipelines, and ETL frameworks that empower analytics from day one. You’ll be hands-on with Python and SQL, leveraging AWS services where they make sense, and collaborating across engineering, product, and analytics to make data accessible, reliable, and impactful. If you’ve cut your teeth on healthcare data (FHIR, HL7, NCPDP) that’s a huge plus—but what really matters is your ability to solve problems, own projects, and ship solutions in a startup-minded culture.
