Full Stack Product Engineer
About The Position
Full Stack Product Engineers own feature delivery from concept to production. You will build user facing surfaces for agent evaluation and monitoring, craft reliable backend services, and help shape the core product experience. About Judgment Labs Judgment Labs builds infrastructure for evaluating, monitoring, and improving long trajectory agents. Leading AI labs and fast growing companies use our platform to measure agent behavior, train reward models, and create reliable self improvement loops. Our work sits at the center of agent reliability and rapid iteration. We are a venture backed company based in San Francisco, working in person to move quickly and build the core systems that will shape the next generation of autonomous agents.
Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of engineering experience, ideally at a startup
- Proficiency in TypeScript, Python, and modern web frameworks
- Ability to work across the stack with minimal guidance
- Strong product instincts and attention to detail
- BS in Computer Science or a related field
Responsibilities
- Implement full stack features using Next.js, TypeScript, Python, FastAPI, and Supabase
- Prototype and iterate quickly in collaboration with design and research
- Build dashboards, workflows, and developer facing tools
- Maintain reliable APIs and data pipelines
- Contribute to product thinking in a fast moving startup environment
