Requirements
- Extensive experience shipping production-grade full-stack web applications and navigating complex technical tradeoffs.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate ambiguous business questions into concrete software solutions.
- Previous experience as a founder or early-stage engineer who thrives in high-ownership, fast-moving environments.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and ship full-stack web applications using Rails and React for internal and founder-facing platforms.
- Conduct deep-dive diligence on growth-stage companies by analyzing business models, market trends, and operating metrics.
- Own features end-to-end, from initial scoping and user research to production implementation and iterative scaling.
