About the position

The Full-Stack .NET Engineer at CapTech is responsible for collaborating with team members and clients to deliver tailored technical solutions. This role involves creating quality deliverables, leveraging internal training programs, and implementing object-oriented design patterns. The engineer will also provide technical mentoring and communicate effectively with diverse audiences, ensuring that solutions meet client needs while fostering a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members and clients to deliver a technical solution that meets the unique needs of our clients
• Create quality deliverables to communicate technical solutions to appropriate audiences
• Leverage CapTech’s internal programs and self-directed training to continually develop industry-relevant knowledge and skills
• Understand and implement object-oriented design patterns
• Communicate effectively to team members with varying degrees of technical knowledge
• Provide technical mentoring

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Solution, Design and Development of applications using .Net Framework 4.7 - .Net Core 3.1
• Demonstrated experience in Web development using ASP.NET MVC, C#, and the Entity Framework
• RESTful API development using Web API and Swagger
• Database development including SQL Server, Azure Cosmos, or Mongo DB
• Front end development using JavaScript, CSS, and popular libraries including Angular, Bootstrap, Vue, or React
• Comprehensive experience using Visual Studio or Visual Studio Code
• Familiarity with multi-system integration and common issues that arise when integrating enterprise technologies
• Ability to present technical ideas and high-level concepts and solutions to internal and external team members with varying degrees of technical knowledge
• Understanding of performance testing and optimization techniques
• Experience with source control and source control tools
