About The Position

Texas GovLink, Inc. is an Austin-based firm which has been a leading provider of technical and business professionals to clients in Texas. We are currently seeking an experienced Full Stack .NET Developer to be a key resource on a technical services team. Requirements

  • 7 years experience with highly complex (senior-level) software development and web programming to enhance user experience
  • 7 years experience with functional and performance automation of APIs, web services, and web application using C# .net framework, MVC, and SQL server
  • 7 years experience in design and development of web-based and windows-based applications using various .NET HTML, HTML, HTML5, ASP.NET(Blazor)/C#, JavaScript, SQL, and CSS
  • 5 years experience using Azure DevOps and AWS DevOps
  • 5 years experience working in Agile-based development environment

Nice To Haves

  • 1 year preferred experience working with Washington D.C.’s Office of the Special Superintendent of Education (OSSE)’s Orchard application

Responsibilities

  • Perform highly advanced (senior-level) computer programming work, including research, design, and implementation of web-based applications.
  • Perform research and analysis required for specialized programs or routines to supplement and enhance front and back-end web-based applications software using HTML, HTML5, ASP.NET/C#
  • Design, develop and implement specialized programs or routines to supplement and enhance front and back-end web-based applications software using HTML, HTML5, ASP.NET(Blazor)/C#.
  • Write, test, evaluate, debug, and document complex programs, including client/server and web-based applications using C# (.Net), MVC, and/or SQL.
  • Provide support of Texas Department of Agriculture applications software through diagnosis of problems and implementation of changes to resolve problems and maintain software at the most current level.
  • Work closely and coordinate with other developers, business analysts, project leadership, and business areas to validate requirements and understand technical issues and limitations and model solutions that meet the functional and technical requirements.
  • Recommend improvements and identify risks to processes for application development projects, as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned
