Job Overview We are looking for a Full Stack Lead (React) to guide a team of senior engineers in the design and development of robust, scalable, and modern web applications. This individual will be hands-on with coding, while also driving team excellence, engineering best practices, and cross-functional alignment. The ideal candidate thrives in a hybrid role of technical leadership and execution, with deep experience in React, TypeScript, C#/.NET Core, Azure cloud services, CI/CD pipelines, and developer enablement tooling. Reports to the Software Development Leader within the Data & Development department. Leads a team of senior full-stack developers, promoting knowledge sharing, mentorship, and consistent delivery standards.
