As a Full Stack Lead Developer at Fiserv, you'll be at the forefront of transforming the financial services industry. You will lead, design, and develop cutting-edge software solutions while collaborating with a talented cross-functional team to deliver applications that directly impact our clients' success.   • Lead the design and development of software applications that support our key business goals.
  • Collaborate with our teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Write, test, and debug high-performing applications using Java, PHP, and Vue.js.
  • Maintain and improve our existing codebases and lead peer review sessions.
  • Mentor and guide junior developers to help them grow their skills.
  • Deploy new code solutions and ensure our applications can handle high traffic using technologies like AWS EC2, AWS S3, and GitLab CI.

  • Bachelor's Degree (preferably Computer Science or Engineering) or equivalent combination of experience, education and military.
  • At least 5 years of experience in software development, with a strong background in Java, PHP, and Vue.js.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience leading a development team.
  • Proficiency in Spring Boot, Spring Batch, and Kafka.
  • At least 2 years of experience with SQL databases.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Strong understanding and practical experience with CI/CD pipelines and Agile methodologies.
  • Experience in the financial services industry.
  • Familiarity with RabbitMQ.
