As a Full Stack Large Language Model (LLM) Developer at Accenture, you will be instrumental in developing applications based on large language models. This role involves building, training, and fine-tuning LLMs to enhance their performance and accuracy. You will also integrate these models into various products and services, focusing on optimizing AI prompts and ensuring robust application architecture.

  • Design, develop, and optimize Artificial Intelligence (AI) prompts.
  • Take ownership of technical designs, code development, and component test execution to ensure alignment with functional specifications.
  • Develop a comprehensive application and component strategy for programs, focusing on user experience and backend code.
  • Architect a robust development strategy for applications and components.
  • Apply expertise in relevant architecture frameworks to define and evaluate application architectures effectively.
  • Conduct thorough code reviews and provide suggestions for fixes and enhancements.
  • Support issue analysis and resolution during test phases and production issues.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience working on LLM for business applications with strong understanding of fine-tuning and prompt engineering.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in designing and building custom applications, including Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, Pair Programming, and Test-Driven Development.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Full Stack development with programming languages and frameworks such as Python, Javascript, Java, Spring, or GoLang.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience with application services from at least one public cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure, etc.).
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical leadership and team management, preferably in AI-driven project environments.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience in developing applications for both mobile and web platforms.
  • Experience/knowledge of Retrieval Augmentation Generation (RAG) Architecture.
