About The Position

As a Full Stack LLM Developer, you will play a pivotal role in developing large language model (LLM)-based applications. You will have an opportunity to build, train, and fine tune LLMs to improve performance, accuracy, and alignment of the general-purpose models. In addition, you will utilize your strong skills to develop and integrate LLMs and/or LLM applications into products and services. Design, develop, and optimize Artificial Intelligence (AI) prompts.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 years of experience working on LLM for business applications w/ strong understanding with fine tuning & prompt engineering.
• Minimum of 3 years of demonstrated expertise in successfully designing and building custom applications, Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, Pair Programming, and Test-Driven Development with the ability to author robust Unit, Integration, and Functional Tests, ensuring software quality at all stages of the development process.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Full Stack development with one or more programming languages and frameworks, such as Python, Javascript, Java, Spring or GoLang.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience working with application services from at least one public cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure, etc).
• Minimum of 1 years of experience leading a team or being part of team management, preferably in AI-driven project environments.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate's Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)

Nice To Haves

• Experience in developing applications for both mobile and web platforms.
• Experience/knowledge of Retrieval Augmentation Generation (RAG) Architecture.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize Artificial Intelligence (AI) prompts.
• Take ownership of technical designs, code development, and component test execution to ensure they align with the functional specification.
• Develop a comprehensive application and component strategy for one or more programs, encompassing both user experience and backend code.
• Architect a robust development strategy for applications and components.
• Apply expertise in relevant architecture frameworks to define and evaluate application architectures effectively.
• Conduct thorough code reviews and offer valuable suggestions for fixes and enhancements.
• Provide support for issue analysis and resolution during test phases, as well as production issues.
