Full Stack Java Developer (Hybrid role) Manhattan, NY
About The Position
We are looking for a seasoned Fullstack Java Developer to join our product team providing an outstanding service to one of the Global leaders in Investment Banking This role requires you to be a tech-savvy contributor and practical technologists who show excellent problem-solving skills, enjoy all aspects of software development, and will greatly contribute to the success of our team. Role: You will work closely with the global development teams and the various telephony infrastructure teams contributing functionality to the CRM platform, building web modules in HTML5/Angular2+ and corresponding middleware in Java/J2EE to integrate the CRM applications to the different phone systems to do phone number matching, note taking and call capture functionalities. In addition to development, developer will be responsible for unit and integration testing of his code and support global rollout of the phone devices and the new CRM app to all client business users.
Requirements
- University degree in IT or relevant discipline combined with 4-5 years of commercial software development experience
- Strong development experience with HTML5 /JS/CSS technologies.
- Strong work experience with one or more of JS frameworks preferably Angular2+.
- Strong-moderate development experience with Java/ J2EE technologies.
- Strong OO design and development skills.
- Strong experience with developing reusable components with HTML5 technologies.
- Good problem solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
Nice To Haves
- Good working knowledge of Databases.
- Typescript knowledge (optional).
