HealthPartners is currently hiring a Full Stack Java Developer - Health Plan Service Desk Systems . This position is responsible for creating digital solutions by developing, implementing, and maintaining applications and their dependent services. This position supports highly rated, internally developed Service Desk systems used by our customer service call centers in support of our health plan products. These legacy systems will be transitioned to a new technology stack over the coming years, including Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service. This position reports directly to the Director of Digital Systems and is part of a dynamic team of twelve professionals, including engineers, analysts, product, and technical leads. The team culture emphasizes clear communication, rapid feedback loops, and a strong commitment to continuous improvement within an agile environment. Collaboration between business, product, and development teams is central to delivering exceptional software.
