Requirements

• 3–5+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Fluent in TypeScript and familiar with React, Next.js, and associated tools and libraries
• Fluent in Python and familiar with frameworks like FastAPI or gRPC
• Experience with SQL and relational databases
• Knowledge of Docker and container-based deployment
• Strong communicator and comfortable working independently

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Google Cloud Platform (Cloud Run, Cloud Tasks, Spanner, Cloud Build)
• Experience with test automation and strong testing practices
• Built or integrated payment systems (e.g. Stripe)
• Thrived in an early-stage startup environment

Responsibilities

• Develop Next.js/React based front-ends
• Build and maintain backend services in Python using FastAPI and gRPC
• Develop integrations with third-party APIs and systems to expand product features
• Write clean, maintainable, well-documented code supported by tests
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Data teams to deliver end-to-end solutions
• Proactively identify and resolve technical challenges in a fast-moving environment
• Bring an ownership mentality: improve processes, troubleshoot issues, and propose new solutions
