About The Position

As a Senior Full Stack Engineer , you will play a critical role in shaping a cloud-based platform that is redefining how life insurance products are built, delivered, and experienced digitally. You’ll influence core product evolution, balancing front-end excellence with scalable backend design in a remote, agile environment. This role offers high ownership, close collaboration with product leadership, and the chance to grow within a mission-driven, fast-evolving engineering team using modern full stack practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• 6+ years of experience writing production-quality code , ideally on core software product development (not only professional services or implementation projects)
• Solid experience with back end frameworks ( NodeJS, Golang, .NET OR Java )
• Familiarity with TypeScript
• Front-end experience with JavaScript Frameworks ( React, Angular OR Vue )
• Experience working with relational databases such as MySQL, Oracle or Postgres
• Experience working with 3rd party software integrations ( REST APIs, XML, JSON )
• Experience with Cloud services, caching, containers, App Servers ( AWS, Docker, Redis, Kubernetes etc.)
• Experience with Test Driven Development
• Flexibility to work with a strong overlap with Pacific Time Zone hours
• Upper-intermediate English level

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with Orchestration Platforms.
