About The Position

We need someone with 2+ years of professional experience in full-stack engineering who has experience with AI/LLM systems, ideally voice agents, agentic systems, or conversational AI. You should be comfortable with ambiguity, fast iteration, and wearing multiple hats, and have a track record of taking initiative and shipping quickly. Bonus points if you have founding or early engineer experience at early-stage startups or a healthcare SaaS/health-tech background.

Requirements

• 1 - 3 years of experience full stack engineering at a high growth start-up.
• Founding or early engineer experience at Seed to Series B stage startups (YC preferred).
• Healthcare SaaS / health-tech start-up experience (e.g., Infinitus AI, Assort Health, Hello Patient, Retell AI, Commure).
• Experience with EHR integrations or clinical workflows.
• CS degree from a top 20 university (e.g., Stanford, MIT, Harvard, etc).
• Experience with AI/LLM systems, voice agents, or conversational AI.
• Strong full-stack engineering with a bias towards back end (70/30 split).
• Proficient in Typescript, React, Python, Kubernetes, and Redis.
• Familiarity with HIPAA compliance and healthcare data standards.
• Strong interest in healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Drive the development of AI clinical agents for end-to-end care delivery.
• Take ownership of full-stack development across frontend, backend, and infrastructure.
• Work closely with the founding team to build and iterate on core product features.
• Develop and deploy real-time systems, telephony, or voice processing solutions.
• Lead initiatives to integrate with EHR systems and ensure HIPAA compliance.
• Build and optimize systems that outperform residency-trained medical staff in handling costly tasks.
