About The Position

The Mission: 10x the Senior Living Experience Every day, 12,500 Americans turn 65. The technology supporting them shouldn't feel like it’s from the 1990s. AllieHealth is the operating system for the future of senior living—AI scheduling, automated care documentation, and hardware integrations that actually work. We are a team of 11 driven builders. We are seed-stage, near-profitable, and intentionally choosing to reinvest in growth. We ship fast and launch at least one new product every year. We are looking for two foundational Full-Stack Engineers in Brazil to join our ranks.

Requirements

• TypeScript Proficiency: 2+ years of professional experience.
• Full-Stack Skillset: 2+ years of professional experience building web applications (Node.js & React).
• Relational Databases: 2+ years of experience (MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.). You are comfortable with schema design and optimizing queries.
• Customer Obsession: You build with the end-user in mind. You care about the why, not just the what.
• Can-do Attitude: No task is too small or too complex.
• Radical Positivity: You bring energy to the team and focus on solutions.
• Mission-Driven: You want your work to have a real-life impact on the senior living industry.
