Full-Stack Engineer
About The Position
Hypha is an AI-native platform transforming asset management across the full lifecycle—acquisition, management, and exit. Focused on healthcare facilities and multifamily real estate, we're revolutionizing the industry through three key pillars: Observability: Providing real-time visibility into asset performance, deal progress, and market conditions for all stakeholders Intelligence: Enabling AI-driven multidimensional optimization with risk scores, tax strategies, and benchmarking Orchestration: Creating seamless workflows and a single source of truth to eliminate inefficiencies As a full-stack engineer, you’ll build high-impact features end to end—from shaping technical approaches to delivering polished, user-ready experiences. You’ll collaborate closely with your team lead as well as product and design partners to scope projects, plan milestones, and translate ideas into production-ready code. You’ll contribute across the stack, help refine requirements, and ensure we ship reliable, user-focused solutions at a fast pace.
Requirements
- Extensive React expertise — You’ve spent a significant portion of your time building rich, production-grade frontends and are comfortable owning complex UI flows from concept to launch.
- Backend API development — Proven experience designing, implementing, and maintaining RESTful APIs, with a focus on clean architecture, performance, and reliability.
- SQL proficiency — Comfortable modeling data, writing efficient queries, and reasoning about schema design, migrations, and database performance.
- Strong product intuition — Able to navigate ambiguous requirements, identify gaps, propose solutions, and make thoughtful tradeoffs that balance user value, speed, and technical quality.
- User experience mindset — You care deeply about how products feel, not just how they function. You think about clarity, accessibility, and interaction design while collaborating closely with design partners.
- 3+ years of experience in software engineering
