About The Position

As a Full-stack Developer, you will contribute across backend and frontend layers, designing and implementing product features while enhancing existing modules. Your technical knowledge will be essential in building scalable solutions and ensuring a seamless user experience.

Requirements

4–6 years of full-stack development experience, including hands-on backend work in Java and frontend development in React.js.
Experience in developing performant and scalable applications.
Familiarity with both monolithic and microservices architectures.
Agile mindset with practical experience in Scrum development cycles.
Ability to work effectively with distributed/remote engineering teams.

Nice To Haves

DevOps knowledge (CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes) – an advantage.
Experience working with AI-driven development tools (e.g., AI code generation, automated refactoring/testing assistants) – an advantage.

Responsibilities

Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into balanced backend (Java) and frontend (React.js) components.
Participate in system and feature design discussions, contributing to architecture and robustness improvements.
Design, develop, and maintain high-quality features end-to-end.
Troubleshoot and debug both server-side and client-side code to ensure optimal performance and usability.
Support collaboration with customer-facing groups to understand needs and incorporate relevant feedback, ensuring alignment with user expectations while not directly owning customer interactions.
