Department Overview Motorola Solutions, Inc Job Description Develop and maintain both front-end and back-end components of the cloud-native web application, ensuring seamless integration and functionality. Design and implement scalable and efficient system architectures, ensuring robust performance and security. Build and integrate APIs to support front-end functionality and integrate with thirdparty services. Design and manage database schemas, optimize queries, and ensure data integrity. Create automated unit and integration tests during development. Continuously monitor and optimize application performance to deliver a fast and responsive user experience. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and other developers, and mentor junior developers. Telecommuting permitted from anywhere within the United States. 25% domestic travel. Target Base Salary Range: $130,707 to $150,000 per year. USD Consistent with Motorola Solutions values and applicable law, we provide the following information to promote pay transparency and equity. Pay within this range varies and depends on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The actual offer will be based on the individual candidate.

Requirements

Masters degree + 1 year experience or Bachelors degree = 3 years experience.
