This role requires individuals who are passionate about leveraging AI to create impactful solutions and are eager to take full ownership of their work. Ideal candidates will have a background in top schools or leading tech companies/startups, with full-stack development experience and hands-on AI integration knowledge.

Requirements

8-10 years of experience in software engineering (Mid/Senior level)
Full-stack development expertise; open to any tech stack (current stack includes Next.js, TypeScript, Python; Java, C# are also welcomed)
Hands-on experience leveraging AI tools (ChatGPT, Cloud AI, Cursor, Windsurf) in development workflows
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field from a top-tier institution coupled with experience at a leading tech company/startup required
Must be local to the Ba Area and willing to work onsite 3 days/week
Strong communication skills and comfort engaging with customers

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy full-stack AI-driven solutions
Own end-to-end feature development, from architecture to testing and deployment
Work closely with customers to gather feedback and iterate on solutions
Collaborate in a flat organizational structure where every engineer leads critical product features
Build scalable solutions that replace manual labor with AI-powered automation
Stay at the forefront of AI advancements, contributing innovative ideas to the product roadmap
