About The Position

We are looking for a high-ownership, high-impact Senior Full-Stack Engineer with 4+ years of full-stack development experience. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, ships quality work, and has a strong foundation across frontend, backend, or infrastructure.

Requirements

4+ years of full-stack engineering experience (Senior/L4+ level strongly preferred)
2+ years of meaningful tenure at a company backed by top-tier venture capital firms, such as: Greylock, a16z, Sequoia, Lightspeed, Bessemer, Benchmark, Kleiner Perkins, General Catalyst, First Round, Khosla Ventures, Redpoint, or similar
Experience working in high-bar engineering organizations, including: FAANG, well-known unicorns, or venture-funded startups recognized by TechCrunch
Proven ability to drive measurable business outcomes, such as: Built X product/feature â improved Y metric by Z%
React experience is mandatory (this is a non-negotiable requirement)
Experience shipping production-grade code with clean architecture and strong fundamentals

Nice To Haves

Early-stage startup experience (Series AâC) or having worked as a founder/co-founder is a strong plus
Experience building, scaling, or optimizing core platform, product, or infrastructure systems
TypeScript, Node.js, or server-side engineering experience preferred
Strong expertise in at least one domain: Frontend (UI, React, performance, design systems), Backend (APIs, databases, distributed systems), Infrastructure/Cloud (DevOps, scalability, CI/CD, system reliability)
Active open-source contributions or personal projects demonstrating engineering depth
High emotional intelligence with strong developer empathy
Excellent communication â able to simplify complex technical concepts
Strong cross-team collaboration and problem-solving mindset
High EQ, patience, and clarity when working with technical stakeholders
