Summary As a Full Stack Engineer at Recuro Health, you will play a vital role in building and maintaining our diagnostics system with our larger telehealth offering. You will collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to implement efficient, scalable, maintainable, and secure web applications. Your work will span the entire stack. By writing clean, maintainable code and contributing to our continuous integration and delivery processes, you will help ensure our products meet the highest standards in performance, security, and user experience. This is a hybrid/remote position requiring one to two days onsite in our Minneapolis, MN office.

Requirements

  • Understanding of telehealth and healthcare industry
  • Understanding of Healthcare Technology Standards and Regulations (HIPAA, FHIR, HITECH, etc.)
  • At least two years of professional software engineering experience
  • Successful applicants must be eligible to work in the US (visa sponsorship is not provided at this time) and must be able to pass a pre-employment background test.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience developing services with Golang for production environments
  • Experience developing user interfaces with React and NodeJS
  • Familiarity with Azure or other cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, etc.)
  • Knowledge of containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Familiarity with designing and developing a product feature or feature-set end to end

Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and maintain our diagnostics microservices and web applications to support/facilitate at-home lab testing for patients
  • Contribute across the stack - from front-end components to server-side logic to databases
  • Collaborate with designers, product managers, engineers, and clients to deliver high-quality features
  • Conduct code reviews to provide feedback to maintain consistency and quality coding standards
  • Help improve engineering processes, tools, and infrastructure
