About The Position

AlphaHire is seeking a talented Full-Stack Engineer for one of our HealthTech clients. The ideal candidate is passionate about building scalable, secure applications that help transform the healthcare industry. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop high-performance software that makes a real impact in people’s lives.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of full-stack development experience (startup or growth-stage experience preferred).
• Proven background in HealthTech, medical data systems, or patient engagement products.
• Proficiency with React, Next.js, Node.js, and/or Python (Django or FastAPI).
• Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure cloud environments.
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, databases (SQL/NoSQL), and front-end optimization.

Nice To Haves

• Experience working with FHIR/HL7, healthcare APIs, or HIPAA-compliant infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using modern web technologies.
• Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to deliver clean, efficient, and reliable code.
• Implement secure APIs and integrations with healthcare data systems.
• Optimize performance, scalability, and data handling in cloud-based environments.
• Ensure code and systems adhere to data privacy and compliance standards (HIPAA preferred).
