About The Position

Dora Factory is building the next generation of governance infrastructure for decentralized and real-world communities. With advanced cryptographic stacks such as MACI (Minimal Anti-Collusion Infrastructure) and anonymous MACI (aMACI), Dora Factory is a leader in privacy-preserving, tamper-resistant voting technology. By pushing the boundaries of trustless, anonymous, and autonomous governance, we’re not only creating infrastructure for communities of the future, but also building new platforms for world consciousness. We are seeking a Full Stack Engineer based in the US with strong backend and frontend development skills. You’ll be building scalable applications, APIs and developer tools that integrate cryptographic governance protocols with AI-driven enhancements. This role blends full stack engineering with cryptographic protocols — helping Dora Factory push the boundaries of decentralized governance.

Requirements

  • Deep Understanding in Computer Engineering or related fields.
  • 3+ years of experience in full-stack - frontend and backend software engineering.
  • Hands-on experience with Llama or other transformer-based models.
  • Strong proficiency in backend technologies.
  • Familiarity with frontend frameworks such as React.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) for AI model deployment.
  • Skilled in containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Deep understanding of blockchain technology and reasonable understanding of cryptography.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with CosmosSDK.
  • Contributions to AI/ML or blockchain-related open-source projects.
  • Based in the US, with the ability to collaborate across global time zones.

Responsibilities

  • Design, build and maintain full-stack applications and backend services powering DoraFactory’s governance products.

  • Deploy and optimize transformer-based models (e.g., Llama or similar) to support novel governance use cases.
  • Ensure scalability, performance and security of AI-driven features in production.
  • Collaborate with protocol engineers, cryptographers and product teams to deliver user-centric, AI-enabled governance tools.
  • Write clean, testable and well-documented code, as well as contribute to open-source and product repositories.
  • Use applied AI technologies to improve governance workflows.
