Your role as a FULL-STACK ENGINEER or Software Engineer II As a Full Stack Engineer or Software Engineer II at CPT Group, Inc., you can expect an exhilarating daily routine focused on innovation and collaboration. Your day will kick off at 9:00 am, where you'll join a dynamic team filled with creative minds ready to tackle exciting projects. Engage in daily stand-up meetings to discuss progress and brainstorm ideas, fostering an energetic atmosphere. You’ll dive into coding, debugging, and developing robust software solutions that elevate our legal services. Expect to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of front-end and back-end technologies. You’ll also participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices, receiving valuable mentorship from experienced colleagues. The workweek runs from Monday through Friday, concluding at 5:30 pm each day, enabling a balanced, fulfilling professional life. Requirements

  • Professional experience building modern web applications (full stack preferred).
  • Strong proficiency in TypeScript and JavaScript.
  • Experience with modern frontend frameworks (React preferred).
  • Experience building or working with APIs (REST or similar).
  • Familiarity with relational databases (PostgreSQL, SQL Server, or similar.
  • Understanding of core software development principles (clean code debugging performance etc.)
  • Ability to work independently, take ownership, and deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative team-oriented mindset.
  • 3+ years of professional software development experience.
  • Experience working with cloud platforms (Azure preferred).
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps GitHub Actions
  • Exposure to infrastructure as code (Terraform ARM templates or similar).
  • Experience with integration platforms (MuleSoft or similar).
  • Experience working with large datasets or workflow-driven systems.
  • Experience in improving development processes and deployments or system reliability.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
