Netflix is one of the world's leading entertainment services, with over 300 million paid memberships in over 190 countries enjoying TV series, films and games across a wide variety of genres and languages. Members can play, pause and resume watching as much as they want, anytime, anywhere, and can change their plans at any time. The Content Planning Engineering (CPE) team is responsible for building products that are used for forecasting the overall Netflix content spend. As one of the most upstream products in a title's pitch-to-play lifecycle, the forecasted data is critical to the planning and operations of a lot of downstream teams. We integrate with many other engineering and data science solutions to help power the overall Netflix content creation.
