You will play a critical role in building key product offerings and core infrastructure. You will work with the engineering team responsible for supporting the finance/billing team, focusing on building, maintaining, and optimizing the systems, tools, and infrastructure used for billing and payment processes. The team ensures that billing operations run smoothly, efficiently, and securely. You will help design and develop new features to manage invoices, subscriptions, pricing plans, discounts, and more. You will contribute to creating automated billing processes that eliminate manual intervention and improve workflows for the billing team. Customer empathy is a critical focus for us. You will provide technical support and quick fixes for any billing-related customer issues raised by the billing team. Expect strong collaboration with the billing team!
