About The Position

As a Software Engineer within our technology unit, you will help take applications to the next level of evolution. The position will require hands-on software development, cross-team collaboration with a diverse engineering team, and the ability to visualize customer issues as drivers for internal change.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience: 10+ years of overall software development (front end, middle tier, and back end).
• 4-5+ years of client-side UI development experience.
• 4-5+ years of Responsive Web Design and Web Accessibility development experience.
• Experience with frameworks and languages such as Angular/AngularJS, JavaScript, TypeScript, Spring Boot, Spring Batch, Java, and Microservices architecture.
• Experience with Cloud technologies.
• Deep understanding of application and web architecture and development.
• Deep understanding of Agile Development Methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Provide expertise in development best practices for the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control, build processes, test automation, and continuous integration.
• Strategically think with a focus on delivery and quality.
• Motivate and build a results-oriented implementation team, delivering strategic software products and services.
