About The Position

We're a passionate, collaborative team building Celestial Customer Space—a cutting-edge platform that leverages AI to help Comcast employees better serve millions of customers each month. This multi-channel tool supports chat and voice agents in call centers, front-line workers in retail stores, and technicians in the field. Built with a .NET backend and ReactJS frontend, the application uses real-time technologies to proactively suggest actions and provide agentic tasks that help resolve customer needs efficiently and effectively. Our team is deeply integrated with product and business stakeholders, working in a highly collaborative and supportive environment. Requirements

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack software development
  • Solid understanding of web technology concepts and practical application
  • Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks (ReactJS preferred, but AngularJS or Vue are also great)
  • Backend development experience (preferably .NET or Java)
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
  • Comfort using AI-enabled productivity tools like GitHub Copilot
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • A passion for learning, ownership, and delivering impactful solutions

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with real-time systems or agentic task flows
  • Exposure to cloud-native development and deployment practices
  • Familiarity with integrating third-party tools and services into enterprise platforms

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to both front-end and backend development of Celestial Customer Space
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate existing tools and optimize user experiences
  • Build scalable, maintainable, and high-performance features using modern web technologies
  • Apply AI-powered development tools like GitHub Copilot to accelerate productivity and improve code quality
  • Participate in design discussions, code reviews, and agile ceremonies
