Develop, enhance, and maintain Drupal 10/11 applications supporting SAMHSA’s digital modernization efforts. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

5–7 years of full stack development experience, including 3+ years of Drupal development (Drupal 9/10/11).
Proficiency in: Drupal core, custom module/theme development, Composer, and Drush; PHP 8.x, Twig, and Symfony; JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and modern frontend build tools; MySQL/MariaDB/PostgreSQL database design and query optimization; RESTful and GraphQL APIs; Git, Bitbucket, and CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or AWS CodePipeline).
Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS preferred) and Docker-based local development.
Working knowledge of security best practices, accessibility (WCAG 2.1/Section 508), and USWDS.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced Agile environment and coordinate with cross-functional teams.

Federal IT project experience.
Experience with AWS cloud services and automation tools.
Professional certifications relevant to the role.
Knowledge of secure coding and vulnerability remediation practices.
