The Aetna Technology Delivery team, part of CVS Health's Digital, Data, Analytics & Technology (DDAT) organization, is seeking a passionate and motivated Full Stack Developer to join our mission of transforming how members interact with their health insurance. This role is focused on building and enhancing a cutting-edge Conversational AI platform that empowers users to get answers to their health-related questions through the channel of their choice. We're looking for a candidate who has 1+ years of relevant experience, with a strong foundation in full stack development and a great attitude toward learning and collaboration. You'll work closely with the engineering team and part of a scrum team that will be building AI agents. This is a unique opportunity to grow your skills in a supportive, fast-paced environment while contributing to a meaningful product that impacts millions of lives.

  • 1+ years' experience as a Full Stack Developer using NodeJS and Python.
  • 1+ years' debugging and optimization skills, data analysis, query development.
  • 1+ years' experience with either Postman, or SoapUI or Swagger or TeamSite, or Splunk.
  • 1+ years' experience of participating in all aspects of agile software development, including design, implementation, and deployment.
  • 1+ years' experience with cloud development and deployment principles using either AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Familiarity with agentic AI platforms (WatsonX, AgentForce, or similar).
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills within and across co-located teams.
  • Demonstrated experience building and presenting personal or academic technology projects.
  • Experience delivering solutions through a SAFe delivery methodology.
  • Chatbot experience with IBM Watson Assistant, or any other similar chatbot conversational AI tool (i.e Google Dialogflow CX, LivePerson, Amazon Lex, Kore.ai).
  • Critical thinker, with the ability to make decisions on technology aligned to business needs for analytics and data engineering functions.
  • Highly motivated, independent worker with a pulse on industry trends and best practices.
  • Good business acumen skills and professional communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a highly matrixed environment.
  • Ability to show case personal technology projects.
  • Knowledgeable in Python, SQL, Java, Tableau.
