Next Level Business Services, Inc. is seeking a Full Stack Developer to join our team in Atlanta, Georgia. In this role, you will be responsible for developing highly efficient and effective software solutions using a variety of programming languages including Java, C#, Python, .Net, and frameworks such as Spring Boot. You will enhance and maintain on-premises and internal Platform as a Service (PAAS) applications, actively working to transition these applications to AWS in alignment with project timelines. Your expertise will help design and implement serverless patterns from containerized applications, ensuring that our architecture is optimized for service level agreements (SLAs), reliability, and cost efficiency. As a Full Stack Developer, you will build industry-standard APIs and assist in establishing, consuming, and routing calls, as well as managing connectivity protocols and policies. You will be expected to look both upstream and downstream to anticipate the future consequences of immediate technical choices. A key part of your role will be to foster a culture of software craftsmanship best practices, including Test-Driven Development (TDD), Behavior-Driven Development (BDD), and Test Automation, as well as Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment. You will drive performance improvements by monitoring metrics, identifying problems and trends, and implementing necessary process changes to enhance efficiency. Security standards and compliance with privacy regulations will be paramount in your development process. You will also be responsible for resolving and preventing technical debt, engaging actively in Agile software development activities such as sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives, and collaborating with team members to share ideas and perspectives. In addition to coding, you will initiate and lead code reviews, create documentation and playbooks, analyze trade-offs between usability and performance, and administer product upgrades and patches. You will provide support to other team members, troubleshoot production systems, and participate in a 24/7 on-call support rotation as part of this role.
