The Full Stack Developer position is a critical role within TMHCC Stop Loss, a division that specializes in medical stop loss insurance for employers who self-fund their health benefit plans. This role involves formulating and defining system scope and objectives through research and fact-finding, developing or modifying complex information systems, and preparing detailed specifications for programming. The developer will be responsible for designing, encoding, testing, debugging, documenting, and maintaining programs throughout their lifecycle, acting as a liaison to resolve system issues and generating reports as needed. The position requires collaboration with business users to identify current operating procedures and clarify program objectives. The developer will document user processes, create specifications for coding systems, and integrate programs with other organizational systems. The role also involves quickly familiarizing oneself with core systems maintained by the development team, which support insurance operations and reporting requirements. The developer will be assigned to various projects based on business priorities and team needs, which may include web-based and traditional desktop applications.
