In this role, your primary objective is simple: make life meaningfully better for the customer. You'll own the design and delivery of custom applications that provide data visualization, workflow automation, and mission awareness for critical operations. You'll work directly in customer spaces, taking on hard problems and building tools that actually close operational gaps — not tools that quietly expand the collective technical debt. You'll talk directly with end-users, extract their real requirements (which, as any seasoned developer knows, can differ from what they initially describe), and iterate quickly to deliver solutions that people genuinely want to use. This is a collaborative environment — you'll partner with other technical teams, share expertise, and build on each other's work rather than reinventing the wheel. Requirements

• 12 years of professional experience in software development, or a B.S. in a technical discipline plus 8 years of experience
• Demonstrated proficiency in both Python and JavaScript for building full-stack web applications and analytics
• Proficiency in querying and manipulating data from enterprise databases and repositories
• Strong experience developing on Linux-based platforms
• Familiarity with Git for day-to-day development workflows
• A strong desire to work on-site in customer spaces, collaborate closely with end-users, and operate comfortably in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• An active TS//SCI clearance with polygraph is required for this role

Nice To Haves

• Experience with AI-assisted software development or engineering workflows
• Proficiency with agentic AI harnesses and frameworks
• Knowledge of end-to-end SIGINT collection and analysis systems
• Experience with production Computer Network Operations (CNO) capabilities and operations
• Service containerization and orchestration experience using Docker and Kubernetes
