About The Position

Stefanini Group is seeking a Full Stack Developer in Dearborn, MI. The role involves developing and maintaining the front-end/client-side of applications, which can be web, mobile, or mobile-friendly responsive applications, with a focus on user interface design and user experience implementation. Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in development
• Experience with front-end development in languages like React, Vue, or Angular
• Experience in development, maintenance, and delivery of customer-facing websites and web applications that are built using the React framework
• Experience developing APIs in Kotlin Spring Boot
• Experience developing APIs that utilize spring boot Java
• Experience developing APIs in Java

• Highly effective in working with other technical experts, Product Managers, Dev Ops, Big Data, UI/UX Designers, and business stakeholders
• Experience with restful interfaces and OAS standards

• Experience with backlogs, user stories, Jira or similar Agile Tools

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to deeply understand their use-cases, pain points, and requirements, showcasing empathy and advocating for user-centric software solutions
• Create mock-ups and prototypes to visualize new features and participate in user interface design reviews and product demos
• Design, develop, and deliver user friendly interactive experience using enterprise brand standards and templates for a consistent user experience using languages like HTML, CSS, JavaScript or more advanced frameworks like React and Angular 10
