Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role
- Proficiency in Python and Django framework
- Strong understanding of web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Familiarity with microservices architecture
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to obtain a DOD Secret clearance
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Svelte
- Experience working with NAVAL Air’s Master Aviation Plan
- Experience within the NAVAL Air environment
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Familiarity with CI/CD practices and tools
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Python Django
- Implement containerization solutions using Docker or similar technologies
- Develop and integrate microservices architectures for improved application efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
- Ensure application performance, quality, and responsiveness
- Troubleshoot and debug applications to optimize performance
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and best practices in software development
