If you’re a hands-on Full Stack Developer who loves taking ideas from whiteboard to production—and you enjoy partnering with product, operations, and end users—this role is for you. Job Summary As a Full Stack Developer at Belt Power, you’ll join a cross-functional team responsible for the full software development life cycle—from conception to deployment. You’ll build scalable solutions by working across both front-end and back-end technologies, frameworks, and third-party libraries. Safety Matters Here Belt Power places strong emphasis on safety and compliance, fostering a culture of safe practices and regulatory compliance. PPE is required when applicable, and maintaining a clean, orderly work area is part of the job.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer (or similar role)
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent work experience
- Experience developing desktop and mobile applications
- Familiarity with common full-stack patterns and tools
- Strong knowledge of multiple front-end languages/libraries such as: HTML/CSS, JavaScript, XML, jQuery
- Working knowledge of multiple back-end languages, such as: C#, Java, Python
- Experience with JavaScript frameworks such as: Angular, React, Node.js
- Familiarity with: Databases (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB) Web servers (e.g., Apache) UI/UX design concepts
- Excellent verbal/written communication, problem-solving, organization, and time management skills

Responsibilities
- Partner with development teams and the product manager to ideate software solutions
- Design client-side and server-side architecture
- Build front-end experiences with appealing visual design
- Develop and manage well-functioning databases and applications
- Write effective APIs
- Test for responsiveness and efficiency
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade software
- Create security and data protection settings
- Build features and applications with a mobile-responsive design
- Write technical documentation
- Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to improve software
- Advise internal clients on software maintenance
- Follow all prescribed safety rules, maintain a neat work area, and represent Belt Power professionally
- Wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
