Above and Beyond is building internal tools, automations, and integrations to remove friction across operations, marketing, intake, and care coordination. Requirements

• Eager – you actively teach yourself new tools and concepts
• Smart – you can reason through problems, not just follow tutorials
• Resourceful – you Google, test, break, and fix
• Builder mindset – you ship instead of over-planning
• Comfortable with ambiguity – requirements evolve, and that’s okay
• AI tools & APIs (OpenAI, Claude, embeddings, agents, prompt design)
• No-code / low-code platforms (Zapier, Make, Airtable, Notion, Retool, etc.)
• Scripting or programming (JavaScript, Python, or similar)
• Working with APIs, webhooks, and data flows
• Basic understanding of databases and system design
• If you’re junior: curiosity + fundamentals
• If you’re senior: judgment + speed + architecture instincts

Responsibilities

• AI-powered internal tools (LLMs, automations, workflows)
• No-code and low-code systems (Zapier, Make, Airtable, Retool, etc.)
• Full-stack features where no-code hits limits
• API integrations between CRMs, forms, scheduling, EHRs, analytics, and messaging
• Prototypes that turn into real systems
• Eliminating manual work and brittle processes
• You’ll often start with “this should be automatic” and end with a working solution.
