About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications. This role requires strong hands-on experience across modern front-end frameworks and .NET-based back-end services, as well as the ability to collaborate in a fast-paced, Agile environment supporting enterprise-scale systems.
The ideal candidate brings a balance of technical depth, clean coding practices, and strong collaboration skills.

Requirements

• 8–10 years of overall development experience, including 5+ years hands-on as a Full Stack Developer
• Strong proficiency in front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript Angular (v13+) or Stencil
• Strong back-end development experience with: C#, .NET, ASP.NET Web API
• Solid experience working with relational databases: Microsoft SQL Server
• Experience using Git and modern version control workflows
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and web services
• Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD)
• Exposure to financial services, banking products, or wealth management systems
• Familiarity with Unix/Linux environments
• Experience supporting or contributing to DevOps and CI/CD pipelines

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using modern front-end and back-end technologies
• Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams to define, design, and deliver new features
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following established best practices and standards
• Ensure application performance, security, quality, and responsiveness
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve application defects and performance bottlenecks
• Maintain high standards of code quality, documentation, and automation
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Participate actively in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, grooming, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve solutions
