About The Position

Sensible Care is hiring a full-stack developer who will help us build and maintain our tele-therapy platform and native mobile applications. The ideal candidate will be a team player excited to join a group of like-minded, talented people who are inclusive, respectful, and thoughtful and who value fresh ideas and want to tackle hard problems. Our current tech stack uses Laravel (PHP) for the back end with a Postgres database. We use Vue for the web front end, Flutter for iOS and Android, and Capybara for custom tooling. While this post is for a mid-level developer, we are open to hiring at other levels for the right candidate. Requirements

3+ years of hands-on, production-level software development experience, preferably with some or all of our tech stack
Experience with Flutter, and especially with Flutter bloc.
Familiarity with git and understanding of the basics of CI/CD
Good verbal and written communications skills
A willingness to take initiative and ownership in a small-company environment
The ability to work remotely in an efficient manner

Nice To Haves

Healthcare or HealthTech industry experience is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

Develop end-to-end solutions for our clients and for internal use.
Write front-end and back-end code have a solid grasp of coding best practices
Use a framework to create performant, reliable HTTP-based APIs (such as Laravel).
Wire APIs to a modern front-end framework (we use Vue.js)
Employ third-party libraries and SDKs to extend the capabilities of first-party applications.
Write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests, and understand the importance of testing.
Deploy, monitor, and troubleshoot your systems in staging and production environments.
