Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
Typically, 5-7years of relevant work experience in industry.
A continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology
8+ years of professional software development experience in back-end (.NET Core)
Solid proficiency in C#.NET for back-end
5+ years of experience in React JS/React Native with experience in React Native preferred.
Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.
Good understanding of mobile app architecture and design patterns.
Experience with RESTful APIs, Redux/MobX etc
Experience with testing frameworks like Jest or Detox.
Version control using Git/Bitbucket/Azure DevOps
Optimize performance with best practices and optimization techniques
Knowledge of performance optimization techniques
Use Jira and Confluence for project management
Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Strong .NET Core person with a working knowledge of atleast React JS
Knowledge of React Native is preferred but not mandatory.
Candidate must be willing to cross learn and work in React Native as the team is still primarily React Native

Nice To Haves

Experience in React Native Navigation libraries.
Familiarity with native build tools (Xcode, Android Studio).
Experience in Azure

Responsibilities

Designing, developing, and maintaining scalable software solutions for complex business problems.
Collaborate with UI/UX designers and front end teams to define app features.
Optimize application performance and ensure high responsiveness.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.
Integrate third-party APIs and native modules.
Troubleshoot and debug issues across platforms.
Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning.
