About The Position

Full Stack Developer The Opportunity : As a full-stack developer, you’ll design and deliver secure, scalable applications that bring AI-powered capabilities to life for our HR and people operations users. You’ll analyze the needs and the environment to make sure the solution you are developing considers the current architecture and operating environment, as well as future functionality and enhancements. You’ll integrate enterprise AI services such as large language models ( LLMs ) and retrieval augmented generation ( RAG ) , with web stacks and SQL data stores to create intuitive and reliable user experience s. This role is more than coding, you’ll collaborate across product, data, and security to turn practical AI use cases into production-ready solutions that streamline workflows and unlock insights. What You’ll Work On: Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications such as front end, APIs, services, and data tiers, including robust integration with SQL based databases. Integrate with enterprise AI platforms and architectures such as LLMs and RAG pipelines, to enhance HR applications, including natural language search across policies and knowledge bases, automated document summarization, and contextual insights surfaced in user workflows. Design, develop, implement, and maintain HR and training sof t war e applications and management solutions in an operational environment at the corporate and below level. Build reliable retrieval and data processing pipelines to feed AI features with internal and approved external data. Perform ETL from source systems into the SQL data layer. Ensure data quality, consistency, and security across systems, applying role-based access, auditability, and privacy a war e design when handling enterprise data. Implement retrieval-based solutions using internal documents, APIs, and databases, optimizing prompt flows, embeddings, and vector search for performance and accuracy. Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to identify high value AI use cases. Tune AI-enabled features for performance, cost, and reliability. Join us. The world can’t wait.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience with IT infrastructures
  • 5+ years of experience supporting the Intelligence Community ( IC ) , and building production web applications and services with .NET development, including C# and ASP.NET
  • 3+ years of experience with jQuery, SQL, or XML
  • 2+ years of experience with JavaScript
  • Experience with the sof t war e development lifecycle, IT systems design and testing, IT COTS sof t war e integration, Agile development met hodologies, and requirements gathering and analysis
  • Experience with cloud environments, modern frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue, component driven UI patterns, and the Sof t war e Development Life Cycle ( SDLC ) , including automated testing and demonstration
  • Knowledge of AI / LLM concepts, including prompting, embeddings, retrieval, and vector search, and applying AI capabilities within enterprise applications
  • TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Security+ or Privileged User Access Certification

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with HR systems such as Workday and ServiceNow, or knowledge management platforms such as SharePoint and Confluence
  • Experience with LimeSurvey, Tableau, SharePoint, ServiceNow, and Learning Management Systems
  • Knowledge of security and privacy controls, including RBAC, data minimization, encryption, and safe use policies for AI
  • Master’s degree
