ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking a Full Stack Developer to join our team and contribute to the design, development, and scaling of modern applications and services. In this role, you will work across the full stack—building responsive user experiences, developing reliable backend APIs, and collaborating with the team to deliver secure, maintainable solutions. You will focus on identifying opportunities to automate tasks and improve data consistency to drive efficiency for the business. You will also have the opportunity to leverage AI tools to accelerate your research and code development while learning to configure AI capabilities for specific business needs.

Requirements

• Solid understanding of .NET, C#, and Node.js/Next.js for building APIs and services.
• Working knowledge of Angular and/or React for web application development.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services (AWS), or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Exposure to Microsoft Fabric and/or Snowflake.
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle, or PostgreSQL.
• Understanding of RESTful APIs, Responsive Design, and cloud-native architectural patterns, including event-driven design using technologies for scalable, asynchronous application workflows.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
• Proven ability to deliver high-quality and maintainable code.
• Experience working in an agile environment with a desire to learn and adopt emerging technologies.

Nice To Haves

• Experience using AI assistants (Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, or similar) to research technical solutions and support coding.
• Ability to perform data transformation and manipulation to support application logic.
• Basic familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.
• Interest or experience in using Python for scripting and basic automation tasks.
• Interest or experience in configuring, building, or training custom AI models for business-specific automation.
• Basic experience with Docker or similar container technologies.
• Interest or experience in building mobile applications using React Native or Flutter.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain robust APIs and services using .NET, C#, and Node.js/Next.js, utilizing containerization for consistent deployment.
• Build and optimize front-end web components and user interfaces using Angular and/or React.
• Assist in managing relational database schemas, ensuring data integrity and performance.
• Apply responsive design principles to ensure seamless user experiences across various devices.
• Use AI-driven tools to enhance research, streamline code generation, and perform data manipulation tasks.
• Collaborate with the team to deploy and manage services across cloud computing platforms.
• Work with Microsoft Fabric to support data-driven application features, including data analysis and reporting through Power BI dashboards and reports.
