  • Full Stack including both - Front end & Back end development
  • Participation in the software development lifecycle including design, analysis, prototyping, development, testing and support
  • Design patterns, writing unit tests, and optimizing performance
  • Validate customer's business requirements and map to relevant technologies using C#, Java, SQL, and associated frameworks
  • Attend internal project meetings, providing updates on activity progress and deliverables
  • Provide comprehensive general assistance to customers in your areas of expertise
  • Stay up to date with new product releases; ensure you are well-versed in any new or enhanced functionalities
  • University degree in Computer Science or other related field
  • Experience in enterprise software development
  • Proficiency in German allowing for fluent communication both verbal and written
  • Proficiency in English allowing for fluent communication both verbal and written
  • Experience in Object Oriented Programming (C#/Java)
  • Proficiency in SQL and relational databases
  • Agile development experience
  • Experience with HCM applications or Payroll systems
  • Familiarity with Azure, Kubernetes, Kafka
  • Experience with .NET
  • Working knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS 3, JSON etc.)
