About The Position

TD is seeking a Full Stack Developer / Software Engineer II to join our Technology Solutions team in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. This role involves developing Restful APIs, integrating with various back-end systems, and designing UI components using Angular. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java development and be able to write reusable, scalable, and high-performance code. The position requires advanced knowledge of engineering frameworks, technology, tools, and processes, and the ability to perform complex technical tasks independently.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree, Postgraduate degree, or Technical Certificate.
• Strong academic background in computer science or engineering.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in software development.
• Hands-on experience with Java Springboot, microservice architecture, RESTful APIs, JSON/GraphQL, and SQL Server.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in cloud CI/CD deployment environments, particularly in Azure.
• Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external teams.
• Experience in mentoring and guiding team members.

Responsibilities

• Develop new solutions for engineering programs and projects.
• Create new features and perform unit/component tests for application development.
• Support business inquiries and activities through small enhancements and break/fix implementations.
• Conduct peer code reviews and ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Collaborate with technology partners to meet application requirements and performance goals.
• Document and verify system components and architecture designs.
• Participate in quality management reviews and ensure designs fulfill requirements.
• Provide technical expertise during incident management and analyze incident reports.
• Identify and recommend development/testing solutions/tools.
• Assist in developing processes for issue prevention and resolution.
