We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to support the sustainment and modernization of GCSS-MC through secure, scalable application development. This role involves full lifecycle development across front-end, back-end, and database layers, with a focus on Agile delivery, system integration, and validation testing. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise, cloud experience, and a mission-driven mindset to deliver secure, scalable applications across the full technology stack in a mission-critical environment.

  • Develop, integrate, and deliver secure, scalable applications using front-end, back-end, and database technologies
  • Collaborate with product owners, engineers, and testers to design and implement new functionality and system enhancements
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies, write user stories, define acceptance criteria, and support backlog refinement
  • Support configuration management and validation testing by developing test plans, scripts, and supporting SIT/GAT execution
  • Monitor and optimize application performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement continuous improvements
  • Ensure compliance with DoD cybersecurity standards and support secure deployment practices
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Engineering
  • 7-10 years of experience in full stack development, including front-end, back-end, and database integration
  • Active DoD Secret Clearance
  • Java certification or equivalent demonstrated expertise
  • Proficiency in multiple programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, Python, C++, PHP, SQL
  • Experience with database technologies including Oracle, MySQL, SQL Server, MongoDB, or Redis
  • Strong understanding of cloud-based architecture and services (e.g., AWS, OCI)
  • Experience with API integration, microservices, and secure web application development
  • Familiarity with version control tools like Git, SVN, or Mercurial
  • Experience with frameworks such as MEAN, Django, LAMP, or Ruby on Rails
  • Strong knowledge of Linux and/or Windows operating systems
  • Experience working with the Department of Defense or in a secure federal environment
  • Familiarity with Agile/SAFe methodologies and participation in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives
  • Experience supporting configuration management, validation testing (SIT, GAT), and secure code deployment
  • Knowledge of DevSecOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
  • Experience with Oracle EBS and RICECPW components
  • Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • DOD 8570 IAT Level I certification required
